Why we Only (Usually) Sell/Recommend/Provide a Specific Solution from One Vendor
By offering a carefully selected range of products and solutions, we do not try to be experts in everything. Instead, we focus on a smaller number of trusted products, services and solutions so we can deliver them to a high standard.
It is similar to visiting a car dealership – they usually do not sell every brand on the market, but instead focus on the manufacturers they know, trust and have strong partnerships with.
At Wallis Computer Solutions, products are tested and reviewed before being added to our recommended solutions list. This helps ensure we only supply products we are confident will perform well for our customers.
While small businesses may not always have the same buying power as large organisations, focusing on a smaller range of products still allows us to achieve better pricing where possible. For example, by standardising on Sophos firewall solutions, we have been able to purchase hardware at significant discounts and pass value on to our customers.
And, as everyone knows, things can occasionally go wrong in IT. By supporting a smaller and more familiar range of products, we can manage them more effectively, troubleshoot issues faster, and provide a better overall support experience.
